Tokyo Stock Exchange accuses NOT the assault but the 911 call:

Sexual/workplace harassment

The logical extension of accusing not the assault but the 911 call is to send messages such as:

・ Offended should just take the assault (?)

・ Offenders should just get away with the assault (??)

Kamada v. Tokyo Stock Exchange et al.

Japan has been infested by misogynists, including many of those who are in black robes (but I pursued the case anyway).

Surveillance camera image & Stenographic record

Plaintiff

You said you gave a job-related caution to the plaintiff right after this... then why do you have a grin on your face behind the plaintiff?

Defendant 11 Narita

I don’t have a grin on my face.

Plaintiff

You said you approached the plaintiff saying “Let’s talk” right before this.

Did you 'pull out' or 'grab' your own handy-phone so that you could talk to the plaintiff who was right in front of you?

Defendant 11 Narita

No, I don’t think so.

Plaintiff

Then why did you 'pull out' your handy-phone?

Defendant 11 Narita

Pardon me. I don’t know because I don’t remember.

Computer Room

The assault was committed in a data center of Tokyo Stock Exchange, specifically in a co-location room where big investment banks co-located their computers adjacent to the trading system.

Iron Doors

The office was on the 3rd floor and the co-location room was on the 7th floor. Between them were 6 iron doors, each of which had to be unlocked with a combination of card key, pin number and biometric authentication.

WATCH OUT

Night Shift and a Loser

It was past 23:00 and I was on the usual nightly round.  The problem was that it had to be carried out with the soon-to-be-offender/defendant 11 Yuichiro Narita, because of whom at least 2 of my colleagues had already quit.

1  Narita grins behind you

2  Narita yells at you for no reason

The offender/defendant 11 Narita has given different accounts to the police, the Labor Standards Inspection Office and the Tokyo District Court:

3  If you try to call your boss for help…

4  Narita snatches your phone, holds your hands and touches your boob

5  Narita tries to block your way out

6  Carry something with you so Narita chickens out

No I did not have a gun but I had a taser-shaped security alarm with me as the offender/defendant 11 Narita had been aggressive for the past week.  I pulled it out and set it off, then Narita chickened out.

Apparently I unlocked and went through the 1st iron door within 2 seconds(←The surveillance camera didn't catch me so)

And then I ran through the 2nd iron door :

Cover-up by Hitachi and Tokyo Stock Exchange

So I managed to escape from the co-location room and ran to the office on the 3rd floor.  My then-boss/defendant 5 Takahiro Ueda was back from the exit of the building so I told him about what had just happened – then guess what, he TRIED TO COVER IT UP AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED!!

I called 911 (or 110 in Japan) but the defendant 5 Ueda turned away the police in the middle of their investigation, before they could even get to the surveillance footage.  Then, the defendant 1 Tokyo Stock Exchange allegedly accused me for calling the police, and the defendant 2 Hitach Systems fired me.

What does that mean?  Is Tokyo Stock Exchange a cop-free zone?

Can you get away with assault if you’re at Tokyo Stock Exchange?

This whole insanity got me literally sick so I applied for worker's compensation insurance, then the defendant 2 Hitach Systems tried to block my application by character assassination.

lnvoluntary Celibate on the Bench

Masahiro Ide, then 37-year-old-or-so conventionally unattractive male judge at Tokyo District Court decided not to examine the surveillance footage and together with the company accused my 911 call.

↑ By the way this creep got smacked later (by me!) hahaha:

(I saw an employee of Tokyo Stock Exchange and their attorney mysteriously stay in the room with the judge after a preparatory proceeding… I should have stayed there as well, probably.)
